It was noted that the
meeting was duly posted at the Town Office building in two places and on the
Dunbarton Website.
Meeting was called to order
at 2:00 pm. The motion was made by J R Swindlehurst to enter into non-public session pursuant to
91-A for the purpose of negotiations regarding the potential purchase of the Vaal property. The
motion was seconded by Steve Kennedy and the vote was as follows: Steve Kennedy, Aye; Chuck Graybill,
Aye; J R Swindlehurst, Aye. The motion carried.
Motion was made at 3:15pm by
J. R. Swindlehurst to come out of non-public session
and to seal the minutes of the non-public session for a period of six (6)
months from this date. The motion was
seconded by Chuck Graybill. The vote was as follows: J. R. Swindlehurst,
Aye; Chuck Graybill, Aye; and Steve Kennedy,
Aye. The motion carried.
