DUNBARTON BOARD OF SELECTMEN

NON-PUBLIC SESSION

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2003

8:30 P.M.

8:30 p.m. - Patrick Bowne, Transfer Station Supervisor, appeared before the Board of Selectmen. He stated he was requesting a non-public session of the Dunbarton Board of Selectmen to discuss employee issues.

MOTION:

Charles Graybill, Chairman, Board of Selectmen, made a motion that the Dunbarton Board of Selectmen go into a Non-Public Session under RSA 91-A:3 for the purpose of discussing employee issues at the Transfer Station. The motion was seconded by Steve Kennedy. The motion passed unanimously by a role call vote as follows:

Graybill – Yes

Kennedy – Yes

Swindlehurst – Yes

There were no decisions or motions made at the Non-Public Session.

MOTION:

Charles Graybill, Chairman, Board of Selectmen, made a motion that the Dunbarton Board of Selectmen adjourn the Non-Public Session under RSA 91-A:3 for the purpose of discussing employee issues at the Transfer Station and noted that no decisions or motions had been made. The motion was seconded by Steve Kennedy. The motion passed unanimously by a role call vote as follows:

Graybill – Yes

Kennedy – Yes

Swindlehurst – Yes

The Non-Public Session adjourned at 8:50 p.m.
