BOARD OF SELECTMEN

MINUTES OF MEETING

June 6, 2002

Present:          Chuck Graybill, Chair

                        Les Hammond

                        Janice VandeBogart, Town Administrator

7:00 p.m.  Other Business:

Chuck discussed whether the Town should pay the cost of the Memorial Day ceremony.  He was hesitant to set a precedent.  His feeling was to pay for the cost this time, but with the understanding that it was for this one event.

Chuck mentioned that Fred Weston called Jim Marcou, Chairman of the Planning Board to see if he wanted to see the subdivision plans.  Jim indicated that he did not and was glad the Selectmen had made a decision.  Chuck also indicated that Diana Jenkins was unhappy with the 14% grade in the road and is concerned about water drainage.  Fred Weston will call  Diana again.  Mr. Weston sent the changes made to the agreement at the 5/30th meeting to the Town's attorney.

8:15 p.m. Les made a motion, and mentioned that he hopes J.R. will be back soon.  Chuck seconded the motion.  The motion carried.
