MINUTES OF MEETING

May 9, 2002

Present:          Chuck Graybill, Chair

                        Janice VandeBogart, Town Administrator

7:00 p.m. Other Business:

A brief discussion about the upcoming Old Home Day auction by the Town Common Project Committee took place. 

Janice presented an agreement for the rental of the tent over Memorial Day weekend.  Chuck asked whether there is insurance available to cover theft of chairs.  Janice will call to find out.

Janice left a message with John Swindlehurst, re:  walking the Town boundaries.  The Town Administrator of Hooksett called Janice about our mutual Town boundaries.

Janice mentioned that Dennis Meyers, architect, looked over the floor plans on Tuesday.

Janice mentioned that Jeff Trexler dropped off a plan for the parking lot between the school and fire station.

7:50 p.m. John Turner, re:  question about a survey

John came in to ask the Board if he should require a survey from someone whose setback may be close to the boundary.  The response was "yes" to be fair to everyone.

7:55 p.m. Chuck made a motion, which was seconded by J.R., to adjourn the meeting.  The motion carried.
