motion
to
go
into
nonpublic
session,
which
was
seconded
by
Les,
to
consult
with
Charlie
Bauer,
the
Town's
legal
counsel
on
numerous
legal
issues.
Chuck
made
a
motion
at
8:05
p.m.,
which
was
seconded
by
Les,
to
end
the
nonpublic
session. 8:10
p.m.

Larry
Cook
--
brought
in
a
letter
to
be
sent
to
the
Senators
and
Congressmen
thanking
them
for
their
support
and
encouraging
their
continued
support
for
the
funding
of
land
purchases
for
conservation
purposes. Larry
offered
the
Board
a
flier
on
an
upcoming
pond
maintenance
workshop.
Larry
inquired
about
the
status
of
the
digitizing
of
the
Town's
maps
as
was
approved
at
last
year's
Town
Meeting
via
a
warrant
article.
The
Board
informed
Larry
that
the
Town
had
hired
Dollard
and
Associates
to
perform
this
function. Other
Business:
Janice
discussed
the
Garden
Club's
request
that
the
Town
Office
front
door
be
kept
unlocked
at
Old
Home
Day
for
the
use
of
the
restrooms.
Janice
indicated
that
the
old
Town
signs
would
be
saved. Janice
gave
the
Board
a
Utility
Right
of
Way
for
the
Congregational
Church,
which
the
Deacons
had
requested
be
reviewed
by
the
Board. Janice
indicated
that
Chuck
Williamson
has
taken
a
leave
of
absence
from
the
Transfer
Station. Janice
reviewed
a
Maintenance
Work
Order
from
the
Library
for
a
leaky
faucet
and
the
sanding
and
refinishing
of
the
railing. Janice
gave
the
Board

which

opened,
