Board

advertise

a
supervisor
and
a
transfer
station
attendant
(Les
noted
that
the
positions
are
not
gender
specific).
J.R.
made
a
motion,
which
was
seconded
by
Les,
to
accept
Craig
Montgomery's
resignation
from
his
position
at
the
transfer
station.
The
Board
accepted
the
recommendation
of
the
the
Joint
Loss
Management
Committee
to
have
a
professional
roofer
inspect
and/or
repair
the
slate
roofing
on
the
Town
Hall
building
to
prevent
pieces
of
slate
from
falling.
Janice
reviewed
a
discussion
she
had
with
the
town
offic
staff
concerning
the
telephone
system,
staffing
and
job
responsibilities. 7:15

Chuck
Willliamson

Les
made
a
motion,
which
was
seconded
by
J.R.,
to
authorize
the
chair
of
the
Recycling
Committee
to
swap
a
50
yard
trash
container
for
a
40
yard
container.
Chuck
indicated
that
there
is
a
staffing
problem
on
Sat.
Ron
is
currently
the
only
employee
who
will
be
working
at
the
transfer
station.
Chuck
offered
to
work
for
the
1st
half
of
the
day.
A
discussion
of
other
possible
volunteers
ensued.
Chuck
will
call
a
couple
of
them. 7:30

Recess

a
field
trip
to
the
Letellier
property
on
Robert
Rogers
Rd.
All
parties
were
agreeable
to
where
the
pole
should

suggested
that
perhaps
the
hours
on

could
be
extended
by
one
hour.

possibly
paying
someone
to
work
an
extra
