TOWN OF DUNBARTON BOARD OF SELECTMEN March 29, 2001 Present: J.R. Swindlehurst, Chair Chuck Graybill Les Hammond Janice Jelley, Town Administrator 7:00 Appointments Les made a motion to appoint Chuck Graybill to the Town Office/Town Hall Renovation Committee for a one year term, which was seconded by J.R. The motion passed. 7:30 Larry Cook Conservation Commission Les made a motion to appoint Larry Cook as a member of the Central N.H. Regional Reservation Committee, which was seconded by Chuck. The motion passed. Les made a motion to appoint Matthew Lavey and Kenneth Swayze as alternate members of the Central N.H. Regional Reservation Committee, which was seconded by Chuck. The motion passed. Les made a motion, which was seconded by Chuck, to appoint George Holt, Ronald Jarvis and Margaret Watkins to the Conservation Commission for a three year term. The motion passed. 7:55 Jeff Trexler Town Office/Town Hall Renovation Committee He discussed the possibility of forming a long range planning committee for the town, to look at potential growth. The school board is looking into the matter. 8:03 Ken Swayze, Larry Cook, Margaret Watkins, Bruce Vaal and Jim Marcou -- to discuss compliance with the Administrative Order from Richard Reed, Administrator of Solid Waste, concerning the Coleman and Drobat property. Testing of the soil will be done in the spring. 8:35 Brian Ivanjack in home business Mr. Ivanjack is interested in having an auto dealership out of his home. Bruce Vaal feels a special exception needs to be obtained. Bruce is being denied a request for a home business and will need to apply for a special exception. Chuck made a motion to appoint Ron Jarvis and Frederick Mullen to the Town Forest Committee for a term of three years. Les seconded. Motion passed. .8:35 - Brian Little Brian came in to discuss the procedure for requesting bids on a baler.
