BOARD OF SELECTMEN

March 15, 2001

 

7:00 PM

 

Present:  Merton Mann, Chair

               Chuck Graybill

                J.R. Swindlehurst

                        Janice Jelley, Town Administrator

 

 

 

 

7:30  J.R.  made a motion, seconded by Chuck, to appoint Michael Poirier an alternate member of the Planning Board, with the term ending March, 2004.   J.R. made a motion, which was seconded by Chuck to appoint Carter Higginbatham as a member of the Planning Board

 

7:35  Brian Little:  Welfare Matter .  Mert made a motion, which was seconded by J.R.,  to go into nonpublic session,  to discuss a welfare case.  No votes were taken.  J.R.  made a motion, which was seconded by Chuck, to end nonpublic session at 7:57.

 

8:03  Chuck and  J.R. expressed their appreciation for Mert’s support during their terms as selectmen.    Janice expressed her appreciation as well.  Mert indicated that he had enjoyed his term as selectman also. 

 

8:20 Chuck, made a motion, which was seconded by J.R., to adjourn.
