June 6th 2006

The trustees met on June 6th 2006 at 7:00pm with all members present. Reviewed minutes for May 2nd 2006 for approval.

All members decide to meet in Concord on June 12th for the twenty-first Annual Seminar about Trust Fund Administration. Seminar given by the Department of the Attorney General, Charitable Trusts Unit and the Department of Revenue Administration, Municipal Services Division.

Members voted to have Geoff Johnson finish painting the fence on Pages Corner. Allotted time of 10 hours.

Received a request from Melissa Clark about burial plot.

Members voted to cancel meeting for July because it falls on the 4th.
