Trustees met on Dec 5th 2006 with all members present. Meeting convened at 7:00pm.

Signed invoice for Ron Boynton for extra services in the Eastern Cemetery, (removal of brush).

Met with Ron Slocum concerning the trust funds. Will submit to the “Trustees of Trust Funds” paperwork in Jan 2007 meeting.

Received invoice from Perry Brothers Monument Co. for stone repairs.

Discussed the Hearse House location in regards with zoning and RSA Chapter 289:3. Trustees decided the area chosen did not conform to Chapter 289:3.

Trustees decided that Pages Corner would be the best option.

Meeting adjourned at 9:10pm
