CEMETERY TRUSTEES

MINUTES OF MEETING

JULY 6, 2004

7:00 pm: Meeting called to order.

Types of paint to be used on the fence were discussed. TJ and Richard felt a water-based paint would be better to use. Richard mentioned a super weather resistant paint offered by Sherman-Williams. (Sea Shore)

The Gable interment was discussed. Deeds for Shackett and Gable were signed.

A walk through of the Center Cemetery was taken. The position of the proposed road was discussed. The Trustees present decided a road down the center of the new section would be best. It was noted that the Road Agent and also Ron Boynton suggested this spot for the road.

Adjustments to the Cemetery rules were discussed.
