Meeting minutes for December 2003
The Dunbarton cemetery trustees met with all members present, along with a guest interested in becoming a trustee. His name is Bob Josephson. The trustees discussed with bob what exactly the trustees do.
The
Dunbarton cemeteries are closed for the year.
TJ
spoke to Karen Meehan about the issue with the cemetery lots that she and Tom
Gleason own. The issue has been resolved
and new deeds will be issued. Corner
stones have been ordered and will be installed when weather permits.
Corner
stones have been ordered for Lucier.
Lurgio’s government marker has been installed.
The
2004 operating budget was discussed.
