Meeting Minutes

March 23, 2004

The meeting was called to order at 18:55 with all members present: Terry Jelly, Patrick Bowne, and Richard Schaeffer. We discussed the operations of the cemeteries.

Maintenance contracts were discussed. Rich made a motion to vote on opened bids for 2004 and 2005 cemetery maintenance. Motion was seconded by TJ. All in favor of voting on the bids, no one opposed. TJ made a motion to accept the bid of D & R Waste, pending proof of insurance by April 1, 2004. Rich seconded the motion. No discussion on the vote. All in favor of the vote say I. 2 I’s and 1 opposed. D & R was awarded the bid.

A motion was made by Patrick to put TJ on as chairman, seconded by Rich. All are in favor of TJ being chairman for the year 2004. Meeting adjourned at 21:15.
