Meeting Minutes
The meeting was called to order with all members present: Patrick Bowne and Terry Jelly. The meeting is to open the bids for the mowing of the cemeteries.
Woody and TJ both made it known that they each know some of the bidders. They both believe that they can make a fair and equal decision on the bids.
Bids are as follows:
Strits Landscaping LLC $35,000 for 2 years
A&M Landscaping LLC $16,175 for 2 years
D&R Waste Management $13,590 for 2 years
Don’s Property Maintenance $12,000 for 2 years
MMD Property Management $5535 unknown duration
The cemetery trustees have decided that they will discuss the bids with the Board of Selectman at the next available meeting.
