General Notes: 

  1. Certain projects may require special design/engineering review, site assessment, legal review, and/or other investigative studies.  The assessment of such costs will be on a   per-project basis, and may include both in-house and consultant services.
  2. Base applications requiring multiple hearings for approval, allow for up to three hearings.  Additional hearing costs apply thereafter.
  3. All current fees and costs must be paid in advance of meeting(s).
  4. Only one application fee generally applies to a specific proposal before the Board.  Proposals are considered “active” for up to one year from the final Board approval, and /or one year from Town acceptance of roads and public works improvements.
