Town
Common Project Mission Statement
To enhance
the appearance and increase the usability of the Town Common grounds
to further enrich Dunbarton's community atmosphere. A new bandstand,
to replace one previously on the common, is the major focus with appropriate
sitting/viewing areas to be incorporated. Improvements will be simple,
practical, durable and low-maintenance, preserving green space and
aesthetically complementing the historic nature of the surrounding
structures.
Funding and Donations
This project
will be paid for by volunteer fundraising efforts. Donations are also
glady accepted and tax-deductible. Checks should be made payable to
the
"Dunbarton Town Common Trust" and mailed to the Town Office.
