Dunbarton Recreation Commission

Minutes of July 29, 2004

Minutes are subject to final approval at the next meeting.

Meeting was called to order at 8:35pm.

Present: Jeff Nelson, Dean Jore, Kim Vaillancourt, Annie Carney, Terri Francoeur, Karen Lessard and Jean Leo

Terri Francoeur made a motion, seconded by Jeff Nelson, to adopt the Policies and Procedures pending correction of typographical errors. Motion passed unanimously. Terri F. will contact the Bow Times and invite them to our next meeting. Jean L. will contact Dunbarton’s Webmaster

Karen Lessard made a motion, seconded by Terri F. to accept the June minutes. Motion passed.

Public Comment: No public present.

Foxwoods: Trip details will be finalized in next few days and then publicized. Date for Dunbarton residents given preference is set for September 10.

Senior Fair: Jeff N. mentioned that the Police Association would be holding Senior Fair on August 2^nd from 9 – 11:30am. Rec is welcome to have a table.

Keys: Annie C. will get a key locker and develop a key log.

Electric: Kim V. will call Dodd Electric and set up installation date.

Old Home Day: Annie C. mentioned possibility of Rec having a larger part of the planning. Will discuss in Aug.

Meeting adjourned at 9:15pm. The August meeting will be August 19^th at 7:30pm at the Police Station.
