ETHICS COMMITTEE MEETING

TOWN OF DUNBARTON

27 February 2003

Present:  Scott Ives, Jackie Kennedy, Brett St. Clair, Gayle Troy

Absent:  Nick Holmes

Meeting began at 7:35 PM.

The minutes of the meeting held on January 23, 2003, were approved as written.

Brett will schedule a Training Session for April 24, 2003.  We will do a mailing to all Town employees and officials, specifically targeting newly elected/appointed people, but encouraging everyone to come to the training.  We will include “wallet cards” with the Code provisions in the mailing.

We agreed to take a look at the list of Town Boards and Committees and make plans to drop in at various meetings to remind other groups about the Ethics Code and Committee.

We will schedule a Mock Ethics Hearing after we have completed the April Training Session.

Scott Ives will be giving his presentation on Town Government to the DES class on Monday, 3 March 2003.
