Larry Cook reported that he has asked Aquatic Technology to file for a permit for chemical treatment of the pond. Larry plans to meet with Ken Warren of DES to learn how other towns are funding treatments of infected water bodies.
Larry volunteered to provide the residents of Gorham Pond with information received regarding the Lake Host Program. The program has received funding which will allow it to pay hosts $17.00 an hour to monitor boat launch areas this summer.
