Local projects/Wetland Bureau updates
Wetlands Conservation District restrictions result in requests for variances from the Zoning Board
Desruisseaux variance (Karen Dr.) - the Zoning Board approved the construction of a deck in the 125 foot setback created by the Wetlands Conservation District
King variance (Black Brook Rd.) - Zoning Board requested more information, site walk is scheduled, the wetlands have now been delineated by P. Schauer

NEW BUSINESS:
NH Association of Conservation Commissions (NHACC) meeting
with local Conservation Commissions
Board of Directors member, Win Robinson, met with the commission to find out what we are doing and how NHACC can better serve us. Our CC feels there is a breakdown in the exchange of information when the Wetlands Bureau reviews a local wetlands application. NHACC could work to arrange for commissions to discuss the approval process with a representative from the Wetlands Bureau. Larry Cook stated that the CC would like any tips NHACC could provide on how to proceed through the approval process with the Wetlands Bureau.
Mr. Robinson inquired as to whether our commission had completed a natural resources inventory. Some information had been provided to Stephanie Alexander, a regional planner with Central Regional Planning Commission. George Holt stated that he will contact Stephanie to ask where that data can be accessed.
