WORKSHOP SESSION
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 4, 2010
TOWN OFFICES - 7:00 P.M.

There will be a Planning Board discussion and deliberations regarding proposed revisions to the Town of Dunbarton Sub-division Regulations regarding road construction standards.

The Dunbarton Ethics Committee will break for the summer with no meetings scheduled in July or August. Any Dunbarton resident desiring to bring an important matter before the committee in the interim may do so by contacting Nick Holmes by email (link on Ethics Committee page of the Town web site) or by leaving a message for Nick with the Town Clerk’s office.


A Hazard Mitigation Planning Committee has formed to update the Town’s adopted 2005 Hazard Mitigation Plan. Its update is required to enable the Town of Dunbarton to retain eligibility for federal reimbursable disaster funding. Natural, technological, and human hazards will be reviewed. Community leaders will identify goals and actions for reducing the impact of these hazards to Dunbarton’s people, buildings, and land.

The Committee will hold the following meetings:

Work Sessions                         5-21, 6-25 @ 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Other Committee meetings       6-11 @ 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

The meetings will be about 2-3 hours long, and about two meetings per month will be held through late summer 2010.
